Details of your WordPress website

We set up websites for institutes, research units and large-scale temporary projects. (So not for: Courses (there are LMS for that), bachelor’s or master’s theses, advertising, individual websites, personal websites, tests). . The template makes it easier for you to get started, as many of the necessary default settings and details have already been made for you.

Appears at the top of every page, at the bottom of the page footer and in every bookmark. If you use more than 20 characters, the layout is not (yet) designed for this! Make sure you use the correct spelling (upper and lower case)! You cannot change the title yourself!
The desired address of your website (not an e-mail address, i.e. nothing with @). A-Z, numbers and hyphens are permitted. If you are moving to the new layout, simply enter the address of your old website here. Domains without uni-mainz.de are subject to a fee.
Relocation or new website
You will receive a new subsite with a transitional web address. Move = At the end of your move, we will move your domain address to the new subsite. New = After a few days you will receive the domain address of your new subsite.
Contact
Your name for our reply.
We need your primary e-mail address for the assignment.
Report to account.uni-mainz.de. Under e-mail you will find your primary e-mail address. .
Which faculty does your institute belong to? We need this information for the JGU-wide navigation tree.
Website goes offline(Required)
If you do not make any changes to the website for two years, the website will go offline and all associated resources (domain name, rights groups, items) will be removed. You must agree to this here.
Editorial contact(Required)
The contact (address in the footer) contains an e-mail address that is read regularly. You must agree to this here.
Legally required pages(Required)
Editorial contact, imprint, source of images, data protection, plain language and accessibility are kept up to date. You must agree to this here.
Die Deutsche Vorlage ist für die meisten Websites die sinnvollste kleine Lösung. Die englische Vorlage enthält auch alle Standardseiten bereits übersetzt und eine Fachbereichsvorlage in deutscher Sprache. Die Mehrsprachigkeit können wir erst nach Ihrem Login zuschalten.

Missing the perfect template for your case? Contact us after your website has been completed and we will turn it into a template for the next special case (e.g. project or study pages)
If you want a domain without uni-mainz.de at the end, name your cost center (details) here. If you are requesting a conference website, please confirm briefly and informally that you are familiar with the Converia conference tool. Otherwise we will ask you.
